We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Wessex team based in Exeter, Devon. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you'll be working across our Environment Agency projects to manage operational resources on site.

Your day to day will include:

  • You’ll be working closely with site delivery team and manage resources and supply chain subcontractors onsite.

  • You’ll be responsible for production of RAMS and self-delivery works and ensure that QA procedures are implemented and monitored.

  • You’ll ensure that all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded, and that Inspection & Test Plans are produced and implemented correctly.

  • You’ll focus on implementations of document control, reconciliations for bulk material supply and ensure that latest drawings are being used.

  • You’ll liaise with Site Team and Commercial Team to identify any additional works and ensure that Temporary Works Co-ordinator maintains the TW register.

Who are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You are a proactive leader, with effective problem solving and communication abilities and good attention to detail.

  • You’ll be qualified to degree level or equivalent Management qualification or HNC/NVQ Level 3.

  • You’ll be commercially aware with good organisational skills and have a proven track record in successfully managing a large construction scheme.
