Job description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction team based in Bristol. Within this role, you can enjoy company car/car allowance, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.

Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will work closely with the Project Director overseeing production on a key mixed use development. You will need to manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.
Who are we looking for?
Applicants will have experience of working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOJ, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. You will need to hold the relevant qualifications, along with a solid history of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor. Experience and attributes required will include:
- SMSTS 5-day Course
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- First Aid
- Be familiar with modern construction techniques, methods and Building Regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of safety, health and environmental assurance
- Experience in a range of projects e.g. healthcare, refurbishment, education, industrial (commercial) retail is essential
- Commercial awareness
