Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a challenging role within the insurance industry? Do you possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join a leading company based in London.

As a Project Manager, you will play a hands-on role, collaborating with multiple departments, IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Your ability to manage contending demands and deliver results will be crucial to your success in this role. Exceptional analytical, planning, and organisational skills are essential.

In return for your dedication, collaboration, and commitment, you will be rewarded with a generous salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes up to 10% bonus, 12% pension, 25 days holiday, private medical cover and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver a portfolio of software development projects, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Guide complex business change initiatives, seamlessly integrating multiple systems and aligning them with the company's strategic goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple third-party vendors, driving collaboration and harnessing their expertise to achieve project success.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with an unwavering desire to surpass expectations and rapidly acquire new skills.
  • Play a pivotal role in a multi-year project that forms the heart of our transformation program.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, with a demonstrated focus on Agile software development projects.
  • Experience of data projects, Microsoft Dynamics or Azure migrations would be beneficial
  • Business change experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to navigate and drive successful transformations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, enabling you to foster strong relationships with key partners.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple third-party vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.
  • A proactive mindset, coupled with an insatiable drive for exceptional outcomes and a rapid learning aptitude.
Availability to work on-site in London for a minimum of two days per week is an essential requirement for this role.
