Your opportunity
Reporting to the relevant Change Portfolio Manager, within the Business Change and Transformation function, this role will support delivery of core business enablement change projects. The work will require cross-functional engagement and the nature of these projects will vary over time in line with the strategic direction of the firm with an initial focus on Regulatory Change projects.
- Partner with relevant business teams to understand requirements, delivery deadlines, business impacts and expected business change outcomes.
- Define, develop, and maintain appropriate plans for the end-to-end delivery of business change projects, with associated resource and budget management where required.
- Manage changes to costs, scope, schedule and planned benefits through formal change control and governance.
- Ensure any resources including external vendors are managed effectively to deliver successfully. Drive prioritization as appropriate
- Chair working group(s) where required, present progress, highlight issues, challenge, and drive decisions – ensure relevant content is brought to the groups for discussion.
- Drive and deliver Steering Committee preparation where required, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Maintain project documentation in a well-structured channel in Teams.

Must have skills
- Robust and proven track record as a project manager.
- Strong leader - ability to direct and motivate cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Teams, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a matrix management environment.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach; a gift for problem solving and pragmatism.
Nice to have skills
- Experience of Regulatory Change driven project delivery.
- Aligned Project Certification beneficial; a knowledge of an Agile development framework is also beneficial.
- Background in financial services (ideally asset management).

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
