An exciting new role to join our dynamic marketing team on the Wellington Estate has arisen. We are recruiting for a highly creative individual to assist in generating engaging photography, videography and content design for social media, websites and printed materials across our portfolio of businesses. Previous experience in a marketing agency is also welcome.
This role is a wonderful career stepping-stone to gain exposure working across multiple industries and diverse target audiences in a beautiful setting. No day is ever the same from Christmas light trails, food photography, filming world-class equestrians to yoga classes at a boutique fitness facility.
The successful candidate must be proficient in using a phone, camera equipment including lenses and lighting and post-editing software. Experience using drones and gimbals is advantageous.
You will also be confident in “straight to social” content such as reels for social media platforms. Understanding wider marketing plans and strategy whilst capturing creative content for digital and print media.
You will understand the importance of maintaining core brand values and guidelines as a Wellington Estate brand ambassador. A keen interest in graphic design is preferred.
You will assist the marketing team in marketing-related tasks for additional support. Especially in social media planning, website updates and advertising of our day-to-day services. Therefore, the right candidate must be adaptable with good literacy skills and confidence in copywriting for different audiences.
Qualification & Experience
- Photography qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in photography and videography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Knowledge of social media for business, algorithms and insights
- Copywriting and good literacy
- Knowledge of Canva & social media software, including scheduling is an advantage
- Familiarity with optimising visual content for various digital platforms and print media

About The Wellington Estate
The 1st Duke of Wellington returned to Britain and was treated as a hero after his final victory at the Battle of Waterloo. He was formally honoured and presented the Estate in Hampshire, England in 1815.
The centre of the Estate today is Stratfield Saye House, where the 1st Duke lived from 1817. To this day, it is still the private home of the 9th Duke of Wellington.
Now, over 200 years later, there is a portfolio of different businesses and activities on the Estate including; Wellington Country Park, Wellington Farm Shop, Wellington Riding, The Barns at Wellington and Wellesley Prep School.
Important Information
Full-time, Monday – Friday. Hours of work 9am – 5pm, however at times you will be required to attend events outside of normal working hours and/or days. Annual leave 21 days plus Bank Holidays.

A full driver’s licence is essential.
