About the Water Team

Here in Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast, our growing Water team boasts an extensive portfolio working on high profile, challenging projects, providing multidisciplinary solutions to water, wastewater, environment and flood management. From feasibility studies and planning, to design, construction management and operations and maintenance, we bring together the talent and expertise necessary to deliver success.

About the Opportunity

Jacobs has secured multiple multi-year contracts and projects with leading clients in Ireland, the UK, and across the globe. We currently have opportunities for Project Manager’s to join our Water team in Ireland to deliver on these fantastic opportunities. Successful candidates will join a team of over 150 professionals in Ireland, working on a range of high-profile projects and become a part of a World Leading Company with excellent career prospects.

Project Managers within our team undertake a key role in understanding and delivering on our client requirements. Successful candidates will work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets and to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in the water or wastewater engineering industry.
  • Sound understanding of the technical work undertaken in the environmental/water sector.
  • High quality relevant degree.
  • Experience with project management processes including scheduling, budgeting and contracts.
  • Experience in leadership and delivery performance.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with being a team player.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of services in the infrastructure sector and able to drive growth through commercially viable innovation, targeted sales and excellent delivery
  • Able to operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships.
