About the Job
ITI specialises in the provision of full turnkey solutions for a wide range of industrial control and monitoring applications. Our business focus is in Energy, Nuclear and Industrials sectors providing professional and efficient Project Management and Project Controls across multiple concurrent projects. Ensuring that projects undertaken by ITI are safely, efficiently and effectively managed, delivering solutions of value and integrity to customers whilst achieving commercial and contractual contributions expected.
The role will include resource management, project control and contract management of groups of smaller projects and also one or two concurrent large scale projects dependant on assigned clients.
Salary: £50,000.00 - £60,000.00

Summary of Roles and Responsibilities
You will:
Competently and efficiently plan & control multiple small projects / on-going support projects.
Establish, lead and manage the planning, control and contract administration of larger projects.
Apply business objectives and procedures to projects.
Maintain safe working practices.
Know, adhere, and apply, contract/legislative conditions.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Identify selling opportunities within and outside any project and ensure they are followed up.
Promote and apply company policy, procedures, and decisions, especially within project teams.
Establish appropriate agreements with suppliers/sub-contractors where this brings a business advantage.
Promote and ensure conformity and consistency in the application of the company management process within projects.
Demonstrates flexibility and customer focus.
Fully competent in H&S issues for work activities.
Summary of Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Appropriate Degree in Business or Engineering subject (or equivalent).
Formal Project Management Qualifications – PRINCE2, GAMP, APMP.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Proven project planning and project coordination/control skills.
Use of formal contract management tools (e.g. CEMAR) would be advantageous.
Proven track record in systems delivery.
A proven track record in the planning, management, and implementation of projects within the engineering industry.
Project control, analysis, and contract administration experience with a good working knowledge of NEC 3 and other forms of contract.
Financial awareness and the ability to track costs and accurately forecast.
Ability to build and maintain key client relationships to manage a portfolio of projects, assist in proposals and identify potential variations.
Good analytical skills.
The ability to achieve SC level clearance.
Strong commercial, financial and contract management skills.
Ability to achieve goals through teams and promoting a 'can-do' attitude.
An ability to lead and take on additional responsibility and challenges along with achieving stretching objectives.
