IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Partnerships Project Manager to support the implementation of customer solutions.
As a Partnerships Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with NHS and internal stakeholders to achieve equitable access, improved outcomes, and quality of life for eligible patients. This is as important role as you will contribute to the implantation of effective solution packages targeted at NHS and capacity challenges.
This role would suit someone with proven exceptional organisational, planning and project management skills with ability to prioritise and efficiently maximise available time to meet deadlines across numerous workstreams operating simultaneously.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the regional Service Development and NHS Partnership Managers to advise, assist and implement effective customer solution projects.
- Collaborate with a high number of cross-functional internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end initiation and implementation of customer solution projects based on the needs of the local healthcare system.
- Identify success criteria, manage compliance processes, finances and identify key metrics for successful implementation of each individualised customer solution.
- Drive and deliver standardised customer solutions portfolio; navigate, simplify and refine internal processes to enhance quality and efficiency; shape a framework which fosters an agile work environment.
- Support the Insights Lead with tracking the execution and impact of core activities delivered by Service Development and NHS Partnership Managers in support of defined locality access plans.
- Where required, support Government Affairs and NHS Partnerships Director to secure internal compliance approval for national engagements and projects, including with political and system stakeholders.
Role requirements:
- Degree level or ability to demonstrate appropriate and applicable career experience.
- Prior pharmaceutical experience is a must.
- Considerable experience initiating and/or delivering successful service development and redesign projects, including joint/collaborative working projects and pathway mapping to support NHS stakeholders, within pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong NHS knowledge including key policy drivers and organisational structure
- Ability to input and interpret data on CRM system.
- Persistent, adaptable, resilient and solution focussed.
- A “can do” attitude and ability to tackle issues head on to produce results and deliver for customers and patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to operate with high degree of accuracy working through complex Project Initiation Documents for example
