Project Manager
Swansea. Cardiff + Bristol
Due to our strong place in the marketplace and growth we are looking for a permanent, full time, experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our already successful team.
Responsibilities
Your role will be a practical “hands-on” position in daily control of maintaining site to office communications, processing plant / equipment and promoting a safe working culture throughout our numerous projects. You will be responsible for implementing company policies to ensure all activities at the site are compliant with the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and ensuring they are always adhered to. You will always work in a safe manner to ensure your own and team members safety.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, proactive, and versatile approach to work with a “no compromise” attitude to safety. You will have experience of managing people and maintaining plant and equipment. In addition, you will ideally hold a current SMSTS, Gold CSCS Card Supervisor and have IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications as well as a full, clean, driving licence.
About you
Naturally, you will have experience in construction site supervision / management activities. We would also expect you to have first rate communication skills, a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to the role. We would like you to have:
- A proven record of experience in site management of subcontract installation teams and with a good knowledge of window, door, and curtain walling installation.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- A talent for negotiations and networking whilst working closely with our Quantity surveyor in relation to reporting and record keeping.
- Ensuring with the team that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Other skills you will have:
As a member of the Site Team, you will need to have a good commercial awareness, excellent communication, and relationship management skills with an ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual level.
