The role
The Postgraduate Admissions Managers are responsible for directing and managing the work of the Postgraduate Admissions Team, to deliver on Admissions targets and implement the University’s strategic priorities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the Postgraduate Selection Team, driving the achievement of admissions targets and implementing our university's strategic vision.
As a Postgraduate Admissions Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring that over 50,000 Postgraduate applications are processed in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner. By collaboratively managing the day-to-day operations, you will play a crucial role in meeting university targets and providing an exceptional customer experience for applicants.

What will you be doing?
- Lead a team of approximately ten staff members and oversee admissions for two faculties.
- Ensure the Postgraduate application process is fair, consistent, and transparent, in line with regulations, policy, and deadlines.
- Meet targets and provide a positive customer experience to applicants.
- Establish and maintain efficient systems, processes, and resources.
- Develop and empower staff members to excel in their roles.
- Proactively prioritise tasks and collaborate with other managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to delivering an excellent applicant experience.
- Shape the incoming Postgraduate cohort and support each applicant's journey.
