Software Project Manager

Location: Berkshire

Salary: Up to £38k + Bonus

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager looking for their next career move to join a busy and fun team for a Global Company in the UK Team. You will work in an allocated Customer Success Team and be the technical lead for the eCommerce customers to ensure that they can maximise the software platform and SaaS to achieve their objectives and maximise their profits etc.

You will have some experience in the software industry, ideally eCommerce and have a 3 year+ in project management, implementing and supporting SaaS solutions ideally. You will enjoy working in a multi-tasking role and very busy daily environment and enjoy learning new software and tools etc. You will also have customer facing skills be asserertive and take the lead on these projects. In addition you will have a advance Excel skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full life cycle project management and successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Using tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Customer facing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Projects tracking and reporting.
  • Leading kick-off meetings.
  • Leadership of projects and resources.
  • Create and update project plans and deal with any issues etc.
  • Work to agreed deadlines and implementation timelines as discussed with Clients etc.
  • Work with cross-functional Teams: Sales, Support, Account Management etc and technical team.
  • Recommend and introduce process improvements.

Ideal Profile:

  • 2+ years in Software project management.
  • Prince2 qualification a plus.
  • Used to being accountable and committed, decision-making etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys problem-solving challenges.
  • Experience in a technology / software/SaaS company or eCommerce etc.
