- Demonstrated successfully delivering complex regulatory change projects on time and within budget in asset management and investment contexts.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and associated tools, with a focus on their application to asset management and investment environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in asset management and investment contexts.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong focus on building effective relationships in asset management and investment organisations.
- Highly organised, conscientious, and adept at managing multiple priorities in an ever-changing asset management and investment environment.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
