SUMMARY:

Assessment Project Manager is responsible for:

As a member of the Assessment Delivery Team the Assessment Project Manager (PM) is responsible for project coordination of multiple assessment engagements. Partnering with both Heidrick Consulting (HC) and Search Assessment Teams the Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and assisting in contracting, revenue set up and management as well as the execution of the project plan ensuring engagements are delivered on time, to budget and to quality

This is an essential business support role and will suit someone who has excellent organizational and project management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owning the full lifecycle management of Search/HC assessment engagements, responsibilities and accountabilities include:

Opportunity Pipeline, Contracting and T&CS:

  • Set up and progress opportunity milestones in Latitude
  • Align with BD on pipeline reporting
  • Manage BD activity in Latitude (including off limits)
  • Understand and support the contracting and T&Cs process.
  • Work with the internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate data in a timely manner.

Mobilisation:

  • Work with the Project Lead to ensure internal and client mobilisation happens in a timely manner, aligned to the HC Mobilisation process
  • Follow best practice to ensure all projects are mobilised effectively to support delivery.
  • Fully understand your role on the project and how you will work with the team

Execution and Control responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert in HC Assessment Standard Operating Process for both Selection and Development, understanding roles and responsibilities to support excellent client delivery
  • Manage project plan to ensure milestones are met
  • Oversee and execute day to day activities including:
  • Support assessment communications plan
  • Manage scheduling to support assessments
  • Set up, track and reporting of tool diagnostics
  • Support individual and consolidated reporting
  • Manage status reporting
  • Understand and support scope change aligned to HC best practice
  • Track, monitor and report on engagement commercials
  • Escalate and resolve risks and issues appropriately
  • Effective stakeholder management

Project Close support including:

  • Support project close meeting and lessons learned
  • Provide information to support commercial close
  • Provide and request feedback from the team and client
  • Provide appropriate documents to support Knowledge sharing

SKILLS NECESSARY TO SUCCEED:

· Knowledge of project management methodologies and is able to create project documentation to support flawless delivery

· Strong stakeholder management skills: confident communication to support issue resolution and able to delivery clear and concise messages

· Excellent client services skills: clear communication, knowledge of all products and services, responsive to all needs, ability to troubleshoot collaboratively

· Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational, planning and time management skills; proficient at meeting deadlines, including tight deadlines and working on multiple projects in a fast paced and challenging environment.

· Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude and passion for delivery.

· Pro-active and logical thinking with creative and collaborative problem-solving ability.

· Good communication, negotiation and numerical skills

· Aptitude to work well with others and delegate as appropriate and support with onboarding and training within the team

· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project Management software.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.

· Full German speaking proficiency required.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience of assessment.

· Proven record in delivering successful projects, without close supervision.

· Degree qualification preferred.

· Professional qualifications in project management preferred, e.g. PRINCE2/PMP equivalent.
