Are you a HR Project Manager who is keen drive forward your next Time & Attendance implementation? Does the idea of working for a fast-growing business with a recent large-scale acquisition excite you? Do you have the experience to come in and help us successfully implement our next T&A projects?
We are currently looking for a HR Project Manager to join us at our UK Head Office in Northampton to support the time and attendance integration for our recent acquisition. This role will be working Monday – Friday, and even though you’ll be based at our Head Office there is an element of hybrid working with the role, allowing you to work from home, as well as in the office.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £80,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
The primary focus for this role will be the successful execution of the project plan with reference to normal project constraints, whilst maintaining clear stakeholder and customer relationships- Full delivery of an implementation to be defined, designed and deployed, ensuring GXO’s time and attendance solution from the former business is completely integrated
- Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure timely, on-budget and quality outcomes
- Partner with nominated systems vendor, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, whilst also providing analysis and performance metrics for monitoring program performance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong program / project management experience in large scale Time & Attendance implementations, working with system integration partners and/or system vendors- Ideally hold a Project Management qualification such as Prince 2, PMI or MSP
- The confidence to make decisions and summarise any decisions or complex problems to present to sponsors, vendors and executives in a digestible format
- The ability to manage tasks to completion e.g., analysis, business change and communication, build, training, deployment and BAU transition
