The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least five years commercial experience to join our UK business. You’ll be part of a global Customer Success organisation, with the opportunity to share your skills with lots of other teams, both locally and globally.

You’ll care deeply about meeting the needs of our customers by learning our business and understanding the value of the Product you will deliver. You’ll achieve this though active contribution and collaboration with scrum team members, Engineering Managers, Customer Success Managers, Client Business Executives Product Managers, and other supporting specialists.


What will you do?

Joining our clever team of Project Managers and wider technology experts, you’ll add huge value through your passion for delivering software projects to an exceptional standard. Fronting the relationship with our clients you’ll manage the project and project team. You’ll be skilled at keeping a lot of plates spinning at the same time, able to successfully manage change, issues and risks throughout the project life cycle. Day to day you will:

  • Manage the four essentials: delivering on time, on budget, to scope and of high quality that meets customer needs
  • Be a trusted partner to our clients.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and motivation skills, helping galvanize the team to effectively deliver on project milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships ensuring customer expectations are managed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A proven background in Agile software delivery project management with 5+ years’ experience delivering projects into complex environments, often within a portfolio and with multiple dependencies and using processes such as Scrum
  • Experience in complex Data Migration programmes with knowledge in various Migration methodologies to advise and guide clients on best practice
  • Effective internal and external stakeholder management with the ability to form and cultivate relationships at a strategic level
  • Proven experience of working with System Integrators
  • Proven experience of working with offshore teams
  • Advanced knowledge of core project management competencies such as project planning, risk and issue identification and management, financial management, scope and change management, stakeholder management.
  • A high numerical aptitude, with the ability to accurately forecast monthly revenue, monthly financial reporting and generating timely accurate client invoicing.
  • Ability to support Sales initiatives including
    • Responding to RFI’s,/RFP’s with regard to Implementation and Transformation
    • Preparing resource and delivery profiles to inform proposal costings
    • Preparing and participating in Sales presentations
  • Project Management certifications under your belt along the lines of Agile PM, PRINCE2 or PMI
  • Knowledge of utilities markets (water or energy) is strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively.
