Job description

Do you have experience with technology deployments/migrations, decommissioning offices, keeping track of assets, reporting risk, and forecasting demand? Do you want to work with a highly capable team of people who know how to deliver projects on time and within budget? Then you could be Fivesky's next Corporate Office Infrastructure Project Manager.

What you have done:

  • 5+ years of Infrastructure Project management experience in large, complex technology, corporate Real Estate environments.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements.
  • Knowledge of technology integration with office construction and new technology rollouts involving desktops/workstations and end-user teams.
  • Monitor project budgets.
  • Experience working on technology infrastructure projects.
  • Used PM Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc..) and thoroughly understand the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively propose solutions to risks as they arise.
  • Have visited construction sites and were able to determine if the project is on track or not.
  • Have run meetings independently without a ton of hand-holding or oversight.

What you'll do:

  • Gather and understand requirements, manage the deployment of technical assets (PCs, monitors, laptops, webcams, keyboards, mice, etc.) oversee the delivery, receipt, and shipment to buildings.
  • Develop and lead change management work closely with the asset management team on logistics, disposal, and decommissioning.
  • Interact with the internal teams leading project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Documenting the scope of the project, the requirements, budgets, and the justification.
  • Communicate challenges, risks, and concerns to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure the master schedule aligns with the technology deployment schedules.
  • Share required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as needed to facilitate the necessary communication to ensure alignment between various teams.

It would be awesome if you have:

  • Cisco certifications.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
