Fawkes and Reece have teamed up with a leading Design & Build client who specialise in innovative, architecturally unique industrial schemes. My client is currently looking to recruit an outstanding Senior Project Manager to work on a bespoke industrial project in Essex.
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving company who deliver an array of projects for globally renowned clients in the industrial and commercial sector. This role would be working with a leading main contractor, learning from the best in the business and progressing based on performance.
This Senior Project Manager will ideally have steel frame experience on projects up to £60million and come from an Engineering background. You will be responsible for managing the project as a no.1 on site and managing a large team beneath you while reporting to a Project Director. The senior project manager will be responsible for driving the project and keeping it on programme and to budget.
