Outline Job Description for Project Coordinator/Technical Administrator
There is a requirement within the Business for a Project Coordinator/Technical Administrator to ensure that Operational activities can be achieved within planned timescales. Increasingly this requires not only H&S Authorisations to be in place but to coincide with resource allocation across multiple projects.
Roles and Duties
Quotations, Orders and Invoices
· Maintain the Job Index and create new Directories for enquiries and new jobs.
· Assist Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager with Quotations.
· Assist with TWOSA, IAB, and other permit authorisations.
· Assist with Purchase Orders and tracking costs against.
· Assist with Invoicing and maintaining Invoice Schedule.
Scheduling Works
· Liaise with Ops Manager and PM with scheduling in works.
· Assist in writing RAMS
· Create job descriptions on BigChange
· Add jobs to BigChange ensuring site teams have sufficient information to complete works.
Tracking Works
· Review and upload completed job cards to directory and Thames Water Sharepoint.
· Keeping excel and Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint trackers up to date daily.
· Preparing updates for weekly meetings with reviews of progress made, recording meeting minutes.
Datagate
· Learn the Datagate portal and show clients how to navigate.
· Be able to set up users, accounts, and sites.
· Reviewing and basic understanding of data graphs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
