About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership for managing projects and initiatives for our Research and Commercial Markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, create road-maps and manage expectations and budgets. You will be key in ensuring we execute and deliver successful projects on-time, to quality and in-budget.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing projects that vary in budget and complexity to deliver successful business outcomes for our Investment Portfolio
- Defining deliverables, creating roadmaps and managing budgets through establishing acceptance criteria and expectations with stakeholders
- Collaborating with stakeholders across our organisation to execute deliverables, manage delivery road-maps, establish project schedules and resolve issues
- Providing project governance and reporting to ensure standards are followed
- Identifying and understanding internal and external dependencies to ensure deliverables are executed in a sequence that achieves successful business outcomes
- Contributing to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of delivery across our projects
Requirements
- Have inquisitive mindset to continuously learn new topics
- Have basic knowledge of Agile, software development life cycle and experience using Jira, Confluence and Project Management tools
- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders and present technical content to a range of audiences
- Be able to understand a high-level road-map and align and manage tasks for successful delivery
- Enjoy collaborating with teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement solutions
- Be proactive in managing risk and issues to delivery
- Be able to manage and monitor project budgets and forecasts
