About The Role
The Amazon Store Pick specialist will support the management of the Morrisons on Amazon business to deliver sales, volume, profit, costs and margin targets through joint business planning, delivery of the commercial proposition and process improvement. Support the expansion of the channel as we open additional stores and grow sales in the network with weekly store processes and technology support. Responsibilities include day to day customer relationship with the Amazon store pick team, engaging and influencing internal stakeholders and wider team members such as the online data team and progressing the customer proposition via promotional, pricing, marketing, supplier funded media and range management. Maintain your safe and legal training as set out in ‘My Learning’ and follow any Competition Law guidelines that may be shared.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Contribution to the delivery of end to end P&L including sales, volume, profit & margin targets, and management of payroll costs
Achieving the joint operational KPI’s and customer metrics
Coaching an indirect team to deliver great results
Lead workstreams to improve the service
Dealing with any problems that occur
Productivity improvements
Improved customer offer on range promotions & pricing.
