Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading, fast growing organisation in the energy efficiency sector. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking to hire a Project Manager to lead, develop and evaluate the operations team to establish budgets, safety, quality and identify the competency developmental needs for our business wide installations.
The chosen candidate will require experience within the energy efficiency sector, with a strong understanding of project management who can drive safe, efficient and high quality installation operations.
In this role, you will be accountable for driving profitable, reliable and efficient project management practices, whilst working with internal and external customers to maintain and manage relationships.
About You:
- Performs site and process audits within their team to ensure compliance with installation methods, safety policies
- Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations
- Add value to customers’ projects with seamless and reliable project delivery
- Drive profitable, reliable and efficient project management practices
- Ensure accuracy of schedule, revenue and cost planning as per front line policy
- Drive proactive identification and execution of value-add service and change order opportunities
- Manage and develop required project management competences
- Safety and quality management

- Managing performance and financials, adhering to budgets and working alongside the finance team to develop and understand the requirements.
