The Role
The applicant will be required to lead business, product and technical projects. They will plan requirements with stakeholders and usher projects through the project lifecycle. The applicant will be required to manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate with project stakeholders and the Senior Executive Team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in project or program management.
- Experienced and proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and contingencies within technical programs
- Develop tools and processes to improve business process and efficiency, as well as meeting project goals and objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with running Business Change and IT projects
- Experience with Monday, JIRA
- Strong MS Office Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certified
- Experience working with SDLC
- Ability to problem solve within fast-paced and constantly evolving environments, with the ability to bring order to ambiguous scenario.
- Experience managing small and large scale IT Infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
- Manage planning and execution of Business, Product and Infrastructure projects and programs.
- Build out workstreams, task lists and communication dashboards.
- Work closely with the Business and Technical teams.
- Reach out to business leads or subject matter experts, as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve business, product, and infrastructure processes.
- Coordinate infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
- Work with vendors on implementation efforts.
