Job description

The National Data Resource Programme is a collaborative programme spanning the whole of Wales with remit to open up access to data across Wales and bring together data from organisations that play a role in a patient’s health and care.

The programme is at a critical stage of delivery and the post holder will join a small team of Project Managers and Project Support Officers who are delivering a range of interdependent projects.

Individually, the Project Manager will lead, manage and ensure the successful delivery of national project/s, or work streams of moderate complexity and risk ensuring that national project produce the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Responsible for the project producing a result that is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Justification/Case and the Project Initiation Document.

To provide task management for the Project Team.

Mentoring and training for other members of the team such as Project Officers and Project Specialists as appropriate.
