This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join the EMENA Finance team to help support business decisions with insight, analysis and financial rigour and to support and improve finance processes. This role will also give the successful candidate great exposure to stakeholders across Costa.

A bit about the role...
EMENA is a crucial area for growth within Costa and there are big plans for the Business unit to grow over the coming years. The finance analyst will support the financial accounting, reporting, and controls work for our EMENA Markets (Europe, Middle East, North Africa) and branch out into other markets as the business grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and completion of the period end accounts, variance analysis, commentary for certain operations within EMENA.
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Business support and ad hoc query management
- Cash management and reporting, and supporting supplier payments and bad debt calculations
- Working capital management, supported by shared services in the UK
- Financial system reconciliations (D365/Hyperion HFM/3rd party systems)
- Supporting on projects, including new business set up, and business unit transactions (acquisitions/disposals as they arise)
- Supporting on external audits for each market, liaising with external auditors
- Supporting process excellence and the effective use of automation where appropriate
- SOX compliance

- Part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or fully qualified AAT
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Methodical and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
