The sustainability strategy execution team is part of the Chief Sustainability Office (CSO). CSO is responsible for setting, coordinating, implementing, and communicating environmental-, social- and governance-related sustainability strategy globally. As part of Strategy Execution Team, you will support the implementation of a Bank-wide sustainability strategy in close cooperation with partners in business and infrastructure areas as well as other teams within CSO.

Your key responsibilities
Supporting the Project managers by tracking project performance and documentation requirements (e.g., preparing status reports for senior stakeholders, oversight of project plans & maintaining Risk, Issue & Dependency logs, preparation of decision papers for the senior management within the Sustainability Governance)
Driving content delivery within workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that teams are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables and ensure alignment in the light of the overall objectives
Meeting with stakeholders and project leads to identify and resolve issues
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Your skills and experience
Experience, ideally in project management or in a consulting company, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) experience is an advantage, but not essential
Structured and organised; proactive with an ability to navigate the organisation to find solutions
Able to deliver the highest level of quality even under time pressure, combined with strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving skills and excellent conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal making it easy for you to act in a global work environment at senior management level
Being proficient in German would be a plus
