We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented IT Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Operations Project Manager, your primary role will be to understand mission objectives and develop project plans, costs, and scopes of work to effectively execute the mission. You will be integral in coordinating projects and ensuring that communication and follow through are maintained at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand organizational goals and strategy to create comprehensive project plans including cost estimates, scopes of work and timelines.

2. Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and time management.

3. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with various stakeholders including clients, end users, owners, and principles.

4. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

6. Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.

3. Prior experience working at a managed services provider is highly desirable.

4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

6. Strong working knowledge of popular programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, C#, Python, etc. is highly valued.

7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.

8. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,785.00 - $75,213.00 per year
