What’s the role?
What will you do?
- Provide hands-on project management through the full life cycle, from initation, through requirements & design, solution development, testing and deployment
- Create and manage budgets & resources at all stages of the project life cycle, and track accordingly with project plans
- Meet with and manage customer relationships directly, outlining and recapping project requirements and communicating updates, blockers and progress
- Assist internal teams in project scoping by involving relevant stakeholders and maximising feasibility
- Actively lead and be involved in process improvement and defining best practice
- Perform project risk management and report or escalate blockers to enable smooth project delivery and customer experience

Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira & Confluence
- Demonstrated Project Manager with experience in customer-facing, full life cycle delivery
- Strong organizational skills with experience in tracking project timelines and budgets
- Dedicated to improving process, tools & methods
- At ease working creatively in a fast-paced, externally facing environment
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to customers
It would also be a plus if you had:
- Experience working within eCommerce or Martech
