Job description
We look forward to reading your application for the role of Project Manager Apprentice.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to learn, earn and have a rewarding career at the same time. As a Project Manager Apprentice at the College of Policing you will gain a wide range of useful experiences and skills. You will work towards the L6 BSc Honours degree in Project Management. You can then be eligible to become full members of Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. You will build your skills over a 48 month period - starting in October 2023 which will help you develop personally and professionally across the time on apprenticeship. You will be part of a Portfolio, Programme and Project Management professional community and will work alongside a team supporting the delivery of a diverse range of programmes and projects. As your knowledge and skills increase over the duration of the scheme you will have opportunities to be part of and lead projects, utilising and developing your professional skills to support Policing. The on-the-job experience will help you build a portfolio of evidence towards your apprenticeship. You will be given dedicated time to focus on your studies to help you stay on track and work towards successfully completing your qualification(s).

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Academic entry Criteria - 120 UCAS Tariff Points (From a combination of acceptable Level 3 Qualifications) https://www.ucas.com/ucas/tariff-calculator.
- English and Maths GCSE grade C/4 or above or equivalent
- Highly organised, methodical and motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and cope well with a complex range of competing priorities
