CereCore is seeking a Project Manager to join our team.
Summary:
The Project Manger works under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Program Director to ensure that assigned parts of a project are documented, planned and delivered per plans and budgets. This individual serves as a single point of accountability to provide project management, using the CereCore project controls, for multiple small or medium projects, or subprojects within programs with low to moderate complexity. The Project Manager must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder and team relationships by proactively communicating and supporting proactive management of actions, risks, and issues; and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage delivery of end to end EHR implementation projects and manage client expectations
- Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plans.
- Author/facilitate creation of project management documents such as project charters/scope statements and project plans.
- Manage day to day monitoring of tasks and activities, and initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and/or ensure delivery of high quality, professional project deliverables as required by each project plan.
- Monitor and report status to internal and external stakeholders on project activities and deliverables within published timelines.
- Coach project team members to understand project scope, clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage business owner(s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities.
- Continually assess action items, risks, and issues maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plans.
- Prepare and deliver reporting and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
- Manage the project based on agreed scope as defined in a Statement of Work, manage scope creep, ensure change requests are clearly called out, agreed, and impacted against timelines.
- Builds positive relationships with the Cerecore US/UK project management teams, service line leaders, support teams, existing client leaders and vendor partners.
- Communicates status, issues, risks and escalations effectively to direct leadership and client stakeholders.
- Ensures activities adhere to all established policies and procedures and standards of business conduct.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management preferably within a healthcare technology services and consulting environment.
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Active professional development (e.g. educational courses, certification, etc;). PMP certification preferred.
- Organization - stays focused and proactively prioritizes initiatives; determines and effectively manages tasks and resources; schedules activities with an ability to multi-task.
- Project Management – accountable for and applies project management methodology and CereCore controls to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Tactical Execution - effectively manages the project controls of complex processes.
- PC Skills – demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Microsoft Project) and other portfolio and resource management tools.
- Financial Analysis – ability to plan and track project budget performance for assigned projects.
- Facilitation – facilitates agreement in small groups of people at the peer level for purposes of planning, problem solving, or project execution; opens discussions effectively and closes discussions with clear summaries and actions
- Preferred experience managing EPR implementation projects, including MEDITECH, Cerner or Epic.

The Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Technology is responsible for leading the cloud and infrastructure service line solutions design and delivery. This leader will work with healthcare provider clients and internal teams to create and implement overall infrastructure strategies for clinical and business application and data hosting, and network services utilizing traditional on premise and emerging cloud technologies.
The Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Technology is responsible for solution architecture in the sales life cycle as well as implementation and service delivery of client solutions.
This role will be part of the CereCore International Leadership team and as such will be able to consistently demonstrate the associated job competencies and company values.
CereCore is seeking a Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Technology to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist selling and lead delivering infrastructure and cloud solutions and as the service line leader, ensure success in building and migrating applications and services to cloud solutions and/or traditional infrastructure solutions
- Educate customers on the value proposition of Public and Private Cloud technology adoption
- Lead architectural design efforts to ensure proposed solutions are designed for successful deployment
- Author or otherwise contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers
- Build deep relationships with client and prospect senior technical leaders to enable them to be cloud advocates
- Manage complex implementation projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectations
- Guide and lead the infrastructure teams to successful implementation and improving platform components and solutions
- Design and implement efficient, secure, adaptable, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions that include infrastructure and platform services (data, networking, application)
- Ensure cyber security controls are embedded into the architecture/designs
- Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility of new ideas and innovations
- Lead project deliverables across multiple work-streams and guide projects with high quality and engineering discipline
Strategic Business/IT Alignment & Planning
- Develops standardized solutions and executes ensuring alignment with the business and software vendor partners technology strategies
Relationship Management & Communication
- Builds positive relationships with the CereCore US/International leadership team, service line leaders, support teams, prospective and existing client leaders and vendor partners
- Communicates status, issues, risks and escalations effectively to the executive team
Policies & Procedures
- Ensures activities adhere to all established policies and procedures and standards of business conduct.
Position Requirements:
- Self-starter with hands-on work experience with implementations of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or with AWS or Azure
- Understanding of emerging infrastructure technologies and end-user needs
- 10+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in architecture through support in the professional IT services industry
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges
- Experience in archive, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Experience in a customer-facing role, whiteboarding and presenting to technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with healthcare software infrastructure and hosting
