Role: Senior Associate (Project Management)
Location: Central London
Sector: New Build Commercial
Salary: £85,000 to £95,000 (DOE) + car allowance + bonus + healthcare

Our client is looking to appoint a senior associate for their high performing commercial team. The team currently works with some very high profile commercial developers who build some of London’s most exciting developments, that are worth upwards of £200m+ GDV. They have one stellar project that needs extra resource – a £600m new commercial development.
Requirements
- Extensive new build commercial experience
- Consultancy experience
- Experience of delivering high-profile projects across the entire life-cycle
- MRICS, MCIOB is ideal
