Project Manager - London
Location
London – 5 days per week on site

As a Project Manager you will work with our customers, our own applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change, providing advice and assistance so that the people are fully engaged, the project is successful and the benefits delivered.
Our focus is to ensure our project managers are challenged towards professional growth within a new team, exposing them to the multi-discipline environment and client facing opportunities. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to the successful delivery on multiple projects.
Your Role
Defining, Designing, and leading initiatives delivering change across a blend of technology, people, ways of working, process and culture
Implementing fit-to-purpose approaches and governance that deliver continuous value throughout the initiative lifecycle in an environment with varying level of pre-existing governance and experience of delivery framework
Project management of IT projects with a clearly defined and agreed scope
Building & leading teams of varying sizes
Engaging with project stakeholders to manage expectations, resolving conflict and ensuring prioritisation
Taking a Professional and ethical approach to your work and instilling these values in your project team.
Mentoring, coaching and other methods of knowledge transfer to support others professional development
Your Profile
Fantastic consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! – will all be second nature to you
Experience and expertise in the application of the following organisational change elements in IT enabled change programmes:
o Leading several change initiatives
o Leadership of large Teams
o Engagement of across complex & Diverse stakeholder communities
o Designing and delivery of multi-year, organisation wide transformational change across people, process, technology and information
o Change impact and business readiness assessments
o Culture change work
Recent supplier side delivery experience- You – bring your values, energy, motivation, and sense of humour to add to and enhance our team and culture
