Clinical / Full Time
A new opening for a Clinical Lead working as a clinical customer liaison and a clinical SME within a product team to join a data-driven, technology-focused, and agile health tech company. The successful candidate will be the primary clinical contact for our UK customer base where they will be responsible for understanding and scoping the client's clinical and organisational needs, informing them of our product functionality, and providing guidance on their digital healthcare transformation. They will also play a key role within our product teams where they will collaborate on the discovery of clinical needs and translate those needs to design and technical teams to form solutions. They will form a key role in the clinical governance of the product
Based in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Clinical Director.
It should be noted that this is an international company with a headquarters in Sydney and another base in London. The role will involve evening or early morning calls requiring a flexible working day
Key Responsibilities
Customer Liaison role:
Be the primary clinical contact for UK customers
Understand the customers' clinical needs and scope requirements to be fed into our product teams
Update our customers on product features, their benefits, and how they can be implemented
Provide guidance on clinical governance to aid the safe role of our product in healthcare systems
Provide assistance and guidance on quality improvement and digital transformation to our customers
Product clinical SME role:
Collaborate with product and design teams on market assessment and opportunity evaluation
Provide clinical and healthcare delivery knowledge to design and product teams to aid the discovery and understanding of clinical and healthcare needs
Provide clinical context to teams to aid the building of solutions
Provide clinical governance to product development and input into the clinical safety assessment
Contribute towards the product documentation and its safe implementation
Who this Role is for
This is an exciting role for a clinician who has had experience in quality improvement or healthcare transformation and would like to transition into digital healthcare. It is also a good fit for someone with entry-level digital healthcare experience.

learning product management and business skills to develop a career as a clinical product developer of executive healthcare functions
Gain clinical safety experience or medical device licensing experience to work as a clinical safety officer or medical regulatory specialist
Gain skills in healthcare data to become a clinical informatician
Develop clinical leadership skills and experience in clinical governance on a path to becoming a chief medical officer
