We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Project Manager to join our team at Canon. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be solely responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with the account management and business operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired customer objectives.

- Pay – from £32,886 to £34,713 + 5% OT Bonus

What we ask
- Ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
- Planning and organising resources ensuring that roles and responsibilities of team members are clearly defined and agreed.
- Use of agreed project management tool and processes, providing clear project governance.
- Managing stakeholders and stakeholder engagement throughout the project using the most effective method – calls, meetings, emails, project reporting.
- Preparing and maintaining all project documentation, gaining authorisations as required.
- Appropriate project reporting as agreed in the PID.

You will need
- Experience working in a Project Office as a Project Support, Project Analyst or Junior Project Manager as a trainer in a customer environment, and proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills and exemplary listening skills – and ability to manage project members assertively and politely to drive tasks and actions
- Ambitious and driven - with a desire to work in a high performing team and a focus on personal KPIs and results
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage customer expectations
- Project Management training – ideally Prince2 to Foundation and/or Practioner

Salary – Pay – £32,886 to £34,713 + 5% OT Bonus
Maternity cover – 9 Month (Fixed Term Contract)
