FLEXIBLE WORKING
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
THE ROLE
Bring your expertise to high value projects, where you’ll be engaging face-to-face with customers and shape their experience.

These customer will range from local councils, police, commercial high street businesses and more - so there's lots of variety in the work you'll engage with. And you'll partner with project/practice managers within your team, furthering your development as you shadow members with different expertise.
You’ll retain a lot of autonomy in building plans to cover technical project delivery activity, along with making the key decisions around estimates, risk ratings, how & when to escalate and more. You'll also play a key part in governance.
Your core duties include:
- Managing teams to deliver agreed outputs to time & budget
- Support & conform with agreed governance structures
- Highlight changes in project scope and manage appropriately
- Provide and maintain resource forecasts & managing delivery budget
- Keeping customers informed and seeking satisfaction feedback
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You can manage delivery of IT or Network related Work Packages
- You have managed multi-function teams of up to 10 people
- You’re familiar working face-to-face with customers
- Able to perform well in large organisations with a complex stakeholder environment
- You have used corporate IT systems for workflow, collaboration etc.
