Bridge Learning Tech is a creative and learning tech consultancy based in the UK and USA. We work with well-known automotive and motorcycle brands and are expanding into other sectors in the coming months. We are a fully remote, international team, juggling the challenges of time zone differences. Even with these challenges, we are close-knit, celebrating each other’s successes and supporting each other through dips. We work hard to tight deadlines with a growing workload. Sometimes, the stress shows as the to-do list seems to have no end but, throughout, we maintain respect towards our colleagues. And a good sense of humour helps a lot too.
Who you are:
You are a project manager with several years’ experience under your belt, delivering projects on time with a positive, constructive approach. You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and multiple stakeholders, navigating competing priorities with tact and diplomacy. As important, you can connect and collaborate with team members and clients, meeting them where they are and setting them up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Review status with the team daily
- Monitor progress on tasks, report on completions and delays
- Maintain the project management system – follow up with writers and designers to ensure it’s kept up to date
- Ensure client reporting is always up to date
- Liaise with a client account manager on course structure, titles, and supplementary materials production
- Work closely with the PM team to meet task deadlines
Aptitude and Competencies:
- Experience: we are looking for someone with 3-5 years project management experience in a fast-moving environment
- Teamwork: we are fully remote and will continue to be, as such, the ability to function as part of a team is critical
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and on own initiative
- Accountability matters: you must be able to take on responsibility, acknowledge what is done well, and acknowledge errors, putting them right efficiently and with good humour.
- Adaptable: one of our key strengths is our ability to adapt to change as we grow, expanding our team, our client base, and the types of projects we take on.
- Curious: we welcome questions and curiosity as they help all of us learn and grow

- Salary £23,000 - £24,000
