Project Manager Hertfordshire
Job description
Our client is one of London’s leading privately owned mixed-use real estate developers. They specialise in residential-led mixed-use developments and have delivered successful projects across London. They are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for their £80 million RC frame residential development in the Watford region.
With a project completion date of mid 2024, you will be the No1 on the development overseeing delivery, commercial, technical and design teams. The development consists of 2 RC frame blocks, 12 storeys of commercial space and 24 storeys of residential that will include 168 units with glass cladding.
Your day-to-day duties will include overseeing all aspects of delivery and ensuring the project runs to speed and programme, attending progress meetings and reporting back to your Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at Project Manager level. working directly with a main contractor or developer.
