Senior Marketing Project Manager - Permanent, Canary Wharf
Hours: 40 per week, 08.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £70,000 to £75,0000 per annum
Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the Product Director and be responsible for the management and delivery of the marketing program and related activities for development projects. This Marketing Project Manager will liaise with specialist marketing and sales managers, as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the on time, and within budget delivery of collateral including but not limited to film, photography, brochures including copywriting management and asset management, website, advertising and media, and graphics.
External agency/consultant management for delivery of, but not limited to:
- Positioning, brand concepts, identity, creative direction
- Printed collateral and associated assets
- Advertising concepts
- Website design
- Hoarding design
- Marketing suite design
- Signage concepts
- Photography
- Placemaking design
- Architectural design
- Interior design
- Other related product design
Internal specialist management for delivery of:
- Site and signage production
- Marketing suite updates
- Model updates
- CGI updates
- Digital updates
- Plan updates
- Advertising production
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Generalist marketing experience
- Prior experience of managing projects, making sure they are delivered on time
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in tracking delivery and scheduling
