The role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be embedded within one of our project team will be integral to achieving high-performance delivery to our customers, undertaking various functions including task management, scheduling, cost control, risk management and procurement alongside working with stakeholders from across the team, and wider business, to help drive delivery momentum and achieve the project goal.
Day to day, you’ll solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions, continuously champion high performance, challenge the status quo and actively propose new ideas on how we can make things better and always put the customer first.
Essential experience of the Assistant Project Manager:
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience in a project management environment
- Confident collaborator with experience working in partnership
- Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact
This is a full-time role, working onsite for thirty-seven hours per week.
Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager:
- Project Fundamentals Qualification and/or Project Manager Qualification or equivalent (desirable) other formal qualifications acceptable
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role and must be eligible for DV security clearance.
