Asset Alliance Leasing Limited are the UK’s leading transport and commercial vehicle finance provider and largest independent retailer of new, nearly new and used commercial vehicles.
We are continuing to experience growth and currently have five locations throughout the UK.
Job Purpose
Working under the direction of the Head of Technology Development this role will be the day-to-day management of business improvement projects. This will include completing projects that are currently underway as well as identifying and delivering new projects in the business. Working predominantly with the I.T. team the requirement will be manage both I.T. and non-I.T. projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement, resource availability and communications across the business.
The main elements of the role include:
- Identifying business improvement opportunities within the business and presenting cost / benefit analysis to the Board of Directors and Management Team.
- Identifying and documenting the scope of projects.
- Work planning and Co-ordinating projects
- Identifying project risks, managing, mitigating and documenting accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Motivating project teams ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required time frame and within budget.
- Documenting change requests and approvals to the project scope when required
- Ensuring the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
The Person
- Project Management qualifications APM/PMI/CAPM/PRINCE2 or similar.
- Good business process knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising tasks based on business need.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Good IT skills, particularly around project documents, presentations, and financial analysis
- Ability to motivate a team.
