About the role
The Property Project Manager supports their delivery team to ensure the fundamentals of Project Management excellence are achieved, this includes analysis, governance, planning, managing finances and delivering value. They will have responsibility for specific deliverables as part of the overall property project. The PM should demonstrate a desire to develop their skills and experience, create space to learn and collaborate, demonstrate resilience and adaptability, confidence and a desire to innovate and test new ideas. The Project Manager will understand, embrace and be able to work with their Programme Manager to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change. They should strive to build relationships across Group Entities, change teams and business areas to maximise opportunities for continuous improvement through shared learnings.

Job Description
- Deliver the scope of the Property relocation project within the project plan generated
- Support the business and SME's to develop the scope of the Property relocation project, uncovering all requirements, timings and costs.
- Delivers required outcomes by working towards a new target operating model.
- Tracks budgets and brings variances to the attention of senior colleagues while working within established budgeting systems.
- Investigate all risks, issues and dependencies and manage them inline to the project governance, whilst taking action to solve immediate compliance issues and providing advice to more senior colleagues on more complex problems.
- Keeps track of risk parameters and identifies and reports any major deviation to more senior colleagues while working within established risk management systems.
- Provides regular updates to the programme and senior stakeholders as to progress to plan
- Travel to new property locations in the UK may be required
- Strong curiosity to get to the root cause of a situational issue and then generate innovative ideas along with an operational solution to resolve
- Ability to communicate openly with confidence by questioning and gaining context to understand clearly what is needed during interactions at all levels of the organisation
- Relationship building skills to build and harness strong working relationships with key partners
- Ability to influence and inspire others to ensure the team is setup for success
- Balance assertiveness with co-operation to enable truly collaborative working partnerships to achieve shared outcomes
- Get results, analyse data and deliver desired outcomes
- Passion to develop diversity through team & individual learning and development
- Project Management skills in FastPath and Agile
- Good understanding of managing costs, plans, risks and opportunities
- Ideally experience within a regulated environment, but this is not essential
- Ability to cut through complexity & manage governance activities
