Are you looking for a role at a strategic level where you can influence projects with an energetic and solutions focused approach? Do you have experience of managing projects within complex changing environments?
As a Project Manager you will be key to the successful implementation and project oversight to facilitate the improvement of our bank service. You will facilitate meetings, driving progress and be accountable for deadlines.
We are always moving to accommodate clients without compromising service, so you will be able to work autonomously and innovatively, with the motivation to drive projects forward and work with NCL Framework lead to act as a knowledge source for ACT projects across the wider group.

- Manage projects from start to finish
- Manage multiple project timelines
- Build client and internal relationships
- Hold meetings with senior stakeholders
- Manage a team – and oversee those people who do not report to you
- Drive a team to meet deadlines that ensure business goals are met

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with demonstrable experience of leading teams within a service delivery focused organisation
