They are looking for a Project Administrator to join their fast paced team, working on National Accounts for blue-chip retailers. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a career within a great organisation, as clear progression to project coordinator is achievable for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create & Maintain worksheets/spreadsheets to organise your work stream

- Apply for planning applications on behalf of our customers using the planning portal

- processing work orders for installation crews with regard to maintenance work

- Occasional customer contact

- Printing project paperwork including RAMS
- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for project team members
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to projects
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Skills:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
