Project Manager/Administrator Band 5
The post holder must be able to provide a high level, professional and confidential administrative/project management support to the TB service, in particular the New Entrant latent TB screening programme. The emphasis will be on delivering efficient and effective project management and administrative support. The post holder will be working predominantly with Croydon’s Team but will be providing support to TB services within SWL region whenever required. Ability to deal with complex information, data handling and reporting will be essential. The post holder will be providing day to day administrative support to the clinical staff and able to work independently using owns initiative to support the service.

To support the TB team in delivering high quality services .
To provide administrative support to all the providers (GP Practices and TB Service) delivering the Latent TB screening programme.
To ensure the providers accurately complete the national (web based) template for every test and treatment that is carried out.
To liaise regularly with SWL Pathology Lab and Information Team and to ensure that the data collected and reported to UKSHA is consistent with the data submitted by providers.
To establish and maintain process to reduce duplication of testing by different providers e.g. by interrogating and overlapping data relating to each eligible individual tested by the providers
To work closely with Business Intelligence/SWL ICB to ensure monthly submission of collated data from providers, are submitted to UKSHA.
To become competent in the use of the LTBI web portal and support providers to use it to submit data on testing and treatment to UKSHA.
To liaise with UKSHA to resolve data quality issues and data sharing agreement.
To facilitate the monthly reporting of progress against the KPIs, from each provider.
To have an operating knowledge of hospital systems. Understanding the patient registration and booking system, to recall non-attenders, to contact patient directly in order to increase attendance rate.
To action discharges and clinic letters, uploading referrals on patient records.
