We have an exciting opportunity in Digital Services for a PMO Analyst within the Project Management Office team.


Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, you will be well versed in project management processes and procedures and will be responsible for:


  • Provide Digital Service (DS) staff and their internal customers with support and guidance on portfolio, programme and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques.
  • Define, document and carry out small projects or sub-projects, alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases.
  • Ensure delivery of a high-quality user experience, including fit for purpose systems, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service.
  • Promote “one IT” by delivering an integrated user-focused service which combines our internal teams and a range of IT service providers into an excellent service for H&F.

Overall, a PMO Analyst's role is integral to ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with H&F’s strategic goals and standards.
