Your Apprenticeship
We have some fantastic new opportunities in our distribution centre in Dunstable to join our Logistics Academy programme.
Our 13-month Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship offers a perfect start into a career in warehousing, e commerce and supply chain.
Salary: £17,437.68, £11.16 per hour
Hours: 30 per week
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm
Start: July and August 2023
Qualification: Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2
Your training will take place here in our Distribution Centre over the 1st 13 months so, no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences, a multiple -choice test and an observation within your role, in month 13. You will be supported throughout by your team and your assessor to achieve your Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will then continue into a permanent role with us.
This is an opportunity to learn much more than just how to deliver excellent customer service to our stores, the apprenticeship covers how the distribution centre operates, how the business works commercially and covers brand reputation, legal and marketing.
Here’s what a day involves:
The purpose of the role is to ensure that our customers orders are picked and packed in a neat, accurate and safe manner to meet daily delivery deadlines.
Your day will include;
Picking & Packing
Labelling
Maintaining housekeeping standards within the working area
Adhering to all health and safety requirements and company policies
- Safe use of equipment, vehicles and machinery.

- You have a minimum of Grade C / 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English
- You are NOT currently at college or 6th form and are available for full time shifts
- You HAVEN'T completed a Warehouse apprenticeship before
