Job description
We are looking for a highly organised, friendly and approachable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to our Project Management team.
You will be joining a team of highly experienced project managers on a large number of projects around the country. The position is extremely rewarding and varied and we are very happy to train the ideal candidate.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Preparing job information at the handover stage.
- Liaising with designers to note amendments or any other job specific information for customers.
- Assisting in preparing & collating the project "sign-off" paperwork.
- Amending drawings post survey.
- Chasing up sign off information such as, confirmation of colour choices, lists of appliances etc.
- Making suitable suggestions for design amendments in conjunction with the designer and project manager where required.
- Assisting with customer queries and mid-project interactions, this can be anything from confirming customers choices, to providing service plans.
- Building a product knowledge.
- Assisting with quality control/ workshop inspection checks prior to despatch.
- Occasionally travelling to site.

- Have excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Previous customer facing experience.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an eye for detail and be practically minded.
- An open, personable and friendly approach.
- Be dedicated to providing support.
- A-Level grades A-C (minimum).
- Driving License (you will occasionally be travelling for site visits)
- Have a genuine interest in interior and/or furniture design
- Be proactive and eager to assist the common goal
Experience using Autocad and 2D drafting is not essential but a basic understanding would be preferable.
