We are one of the largest providers of mental health services in Yorkshire. Every year we make a difference to the lives over 25,000 people. And that remains our focus as we continue our journey to improve the way mental health services are delivered. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the digital transformation programme for the Calderdale family hubs programme as well as for the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for children and young people with emotional wellbeing and physical health issues. This hybrid role offers a salary range of £49,130 to £56,500, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our organization. To excel in the role as Project Lead, you must be able to demonstrate: Previous success in delivering project management leadership Passion for providing improved access to services for children and families Ability to influence system transformation and bring together stakeholders from across the network, to ensure they work in partnership to find digital solutions At Northpoint, we believe in the power of technology to drive positive change and improve lives. Key responsibilities as Project Lead include: Project manage the digital transformation programme for the Calderdale Family Hubs Programme and the Single Point of Contact for children, young people and families Influence system transformation and collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds Lead and manage a programme of work that delivers effective use of digital technology We also want you to bring your life experiences, perspectives, and personality to the role.
