ERM is seeking a junior Finance Analyst (FA) to join our UK Business Unit to support the finance function, especially the project accounts team.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to develop and provide project trackers as well as other financial analysis to support Project Managers, Partners and the Project Accounts team with delivery of projects within budget.
The role will include duties such as:
- Develop new project trackers in excel
- Maintain and update existing project trackers
- Develop template project trackers for the projects accounts team to use
- Ad hoc financial analysis using Power BI and dashboards
- Work and provide PM support on large scale projects such as timesheet analysis, cost analyses incl. weekly and monthly reporting to clients
The candidate must be able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders on all levels and must therefore be very professional, outgoing, and approachable. The role may involve some travel within the UK to other local offices.
The ideal candidate for this role could be a recent graduate or further-education leaver with a strong interest in data analysis or an individual with previous experience in a similar finance/data role.

- Attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated self-starter able to identify and propose improvements
- Advanced excel skills and experience with Power BI. Knowledge of MS Office systems is a must.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM and similar systems. e.g., BST, SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Workday, etc
- Experience working with Data Warehouses and large Data Arrays using OLAP cubes in excel
- Native or Fluent English communication skills (C1/C2)
- Good organisational skills
