The Position
We are targeting Graduates with a particular interest in:
- Sustainability
- Electrical Engineering
- Fire Safety
- Mission Critical
You will be a graduate who will thrive in a collaborative team and can readily demonstrate your problem solving and time management skills. You will be working in a role with real responsibilities within your first few months. You’ll get opportunities to work on ground-breaking projects while being exposed to a variety of challenges. As a NDY Graduate, you will gain hands-on practical experience and on-the-job-training while being supported by experienced, talented senior engineers.

- Past vocational work experience desirable
Training and Development
NDY has a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses. We will develop a career plan for each staff member that will focus on core elements of your role to provide you with a clear progression in your career path.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of projects from Healthcare facilities through to commercial office developments and retail developments, both as new build and refurbishments.
