The Project Engineer Signalling role is based within our Translink business area.

The role
The difference our new Project Engineer Signalling will make
As a Project Engineer Signalling, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be required to undertake the day-to-day management and co-ordination of the technical and engineering activities for the signalling discipline.
Day to day, you will be confirming that all signalling construction complies with all standards, legislation and specifications.

Essential experience:
- Signalling project engineering experience is essential
- Assistant project engineers will also be considered
- Experience of onsite delivery of signalling projects is essential
- In depth knowledge of utilities, construction and contracting is essential
- Fully conversant with railway structure and associated safety matters is essential
- Relevant engineering HNC/D or degree is desirable
- Has or is working towards professional registration
- Has or is working towards IRSE engineering manager license
